ISBA YOUTH presents Know Your Neighbor 5K
Join us, from all cultures and faiths, as we run, walk, roll and stroll through Kiwanis Park in Tempe on November 23rd.
It is a great opportunity to tear down stereotypes while getting to know your neighbor. And, wait until you hear the cool and unique ways we have of making new friendships while cementing old ones.
The money raised will benefit the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Arizona. The 501(c)(3) organization is apolitical and it is aimed at providing education while building cultural awareness and promoting interfaith dialogue.
This event is not timed. Its route runs through Kiwanis Park so it is safe for families, and it welcomes everyone of all levels and of all ages.
Check in and pick up packet: 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
Start time: 8:00 a.m.
Children 5 years old and younger are free.

On this tour you will visit 3 different mosques in the Valley. You will start and end your tour at the same location (Please see address listed below). Your visits to each mosque will include a tour of the campus, a short talk from the Imam followed by Q&A.
Water and fruits will be provided at each stop. You will travel on an air conditioned coach. During the rides between locations guides will give you the history of the mosque you will visit as well as mosque etiquette.
